Services - Writing and Organisation Support

Currently, many organisations are finding themselves stretched, with too much work and not enough staff, as their teams have been cut back and recruitment budgets reduced. Often, important pieces of work have to be put aside because there is simply not enough time to do them. This might include time-intensive and less glamorous work like report writing, project reviews and proposal writing. Fortunately, we can help!

We are now offering a service to help not-for-profit organisations get some of this work done by experienced professionals, at a much cheaper price than recruiting someone to do it full time. No job is too big or too small - we simply charge a fair hourly rate.

We offer the services of some experienced people, including a fundraiser, published writer and former Chief Executive who can help you with a range of activities, including writing reports, project management and senior interim management:

	Project management - could you use some support to run a project or get a project completed? We have experienced project managers who can manage projects in a range of areas from conception to completion, or simply jump in to an existing project and play a useful role almost immediately. .
	Interim senior management - we can take over the management of a range of organisational functions on a short term or medium term basis - whether it's to cover for an illness, maternity leave or simply provide some extra support to the existing team.
