Got a lot of events or entries to list? Great! We’re happy to include them.

Each additional entry beyond the first 5 costs £50 (and will last until the end of the calendar year).

Just email us at with the basic details above for each of the entries you want to list, plus an address for us to send our invoice to for the additional entries.

Featured entries

Make your listing stand out as a special ‘featured’ entry.

These are highlighted entries that allow you to note a short description of the entry below it, and provide more information on it (plus a logo or image) if a visitor clicks for more information.

The cost of each featured entry is £50 per month.

Before and after your selected month(s) as a featured entry, your entry will continue to be listed, but without the benefits of being featured.


You can also reach a big, targeted audience by advertising on the calendar page. This could be advertising anything – from the charity to a specific event.

Macmillan Grand Canyon Hike

Each advertisement costs £100 per ad per month.

Ads are static MPU’s, 300 x 250 pixels, and appear in boxes running down the right hand side of the page. You can buy as many ads as you wish, but the maximum number of ad spaces available is currently 8.
